Refund Policy

At Foundation Events, we are committed to donating all event profits directly to Fonds Foyer Richelieu. As such, we do not offer refunds for any event tickets purchased through our website, including in the event of bad weather. The event will continue regardless of rain or shine.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe that you have an exceptional circumstance and require a refund, please contact Fonds Foyer Richelieu directly to explain your situation. Please note that refunds will be provided at the sole discretion of Fonds Foyer Richelieu, and only on the same payment method or original purchase. For example, if you used a Visa card ending in 1234 to purchase the tickets, the refund will also be provided to that card. No exceptions will be made.
